My Journey into Motherhood, Healing, and Entrepreneurship
Motherhood didn’t just change my life—it changed me.
Before becoming a mom, I had dreams, goals, and visions of success. But after motherhood, those dreams softened, deepened, and became more intentional. I wasn’t just thinking about what I wanted anymore—I was thinking about who I needed to become.
Like many women, I found myself navigating exhaustion, identity shifts, and the quiet pressure to hold everything together. I loved being a mother, but I also knew there was more inside of me—more creativity, more purpose, more growth waiting to unfold.
That’s where healing entered the picture.
Healing wasn’t something I planned; it was something I needed. I began paying attention to my inner world—my energy, my emotions, my habits, and the way I spoke to myself. I realized that if I wanted to build something sustainable, I couldn’t do it from burnout or survival mode.
Entrepreneurship came as an extension of that healing.
Building a business wasn’t just about income—it became a way for me to reclaim my autonomy, express my gifts, and create a life that aligned with my values as a woman and a mother. I learned that growth doesn’t always look loud or fast. Sometimes it looks like quiet discipline, soft mornings, and choosing alignment over urgency.
This journey hasn’t been perfect or linear. There have been pauses, pivots, and moments of doubt. But there has also been clarity, strength, and a deeper trust in myself.
Simply Mompreneurs exists because I know I’m not alone in this experience.
There are so many women balancing motherhood while becoming new versions of themselves—healing, dreaming, building, and evolving all at once. This blog is a space to honor that journey. To remind you that you don’t have to rush your becoming. You’re allowed to grow gently.
If you’re in a season of rediscovering yourself while raising your children, know this: you’re not behind. You’re becoming.
And this is only the beginning ✨
